I enclose my annual membership fee of US $180.00 for Volunteers.
I enclose my annual membership fee of US $140.00 for Academy.
I enclose my annual membership fee of US $90.00 for Students.
 
I understand that I must be for at least one year before I become eligible to be assessed for accreditation as a Registered for bio corrections member to have an access to our news center to share your activity and researches with other members. Student-membership shall not extend beyond three years without an assessment by the bio corrections Standards and Accreditation sub-committee.
